They form a contract between you and GLAS Scandinavia AB, Swedish company registration number 559152-7642 Högbergsgatan 97, 118 54 Stockholm, Sweden. By making a purchase from and using, this website, you have agreed to these terms of use. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail to customerservice@wearglas.com.
Orders made in another person’s name without his consent or otherwise will be reported to the authorities.
Our standard delivery times are 2-7 working days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest. If there are any delivery delays (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by e-mail: customerservice@wearglas.com.
All prices shown exclude taxes. GLAS ships all orders as per the Delivered At Place (DAP), which means that the seller is responsible for the delivery of the goods, ready for unloading, at the named place of destination. The seller assumes all risks involved up to unloading. Unloading is at the buyer's risk and cost.
All prices in the shop are quoted in USD, and all prices exclude sales taxes. We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, differences in shipping costs between countries, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a 30-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the date of receipt of an item you have ordered. This is at a fixed cost of 6 USD, which covers the logistical fees. You also have, within 30 days from the delivery of the product(s), the possibility of free exchanges. You need to contact us at customerservice@wearglas.com.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You should return the products to us immediately and, at the latest, within 30 days of the withdrawal notification by contacting customerservice@wearglas.com. The product should be in the same condition as when it was received. The product should also be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers. You, as the customer, are responsible for the condition. We reserve the right to deduct from the amount of the refund an amount equal to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product. We reserve the right to charge a return fee of USD 6 for the return.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal (seal). Products that have the character of a sealed sound or image recording and where you have broken the seal. Custom-made products, which have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. All our products come with a 12-month’s guarantee. We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or is-shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do I make a complaint?
Any error or defect should always complain to us via support@wearglas.se, stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number, and a description of the error. If we are unable to rectify the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We will pay the return freight for accepted complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
We accept no liability for indirect damage that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, and reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may be caused by the use of our eyewear. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages resulting from the failure of the glasses to provide adequate protection, the malfunction or breakage of the glasses, or the misuse of the glasses. By using our eyewear, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks associated with its use.
Our eyewear is intended for general use and should not be used as protective eyewear in hazardous situations. The glasses are not designed to protect against impacts, chemicals, UV radiation, or other potentially harmful elements. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of the glasses for your intended use.
We reserve the right to make any printing errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as a specific color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality as well as resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

When completing a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is the first name, last name, address, email address, and telephone number. If you pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored with the payment provider. The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers we use are Adyen.

To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with the carrier. What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping companies we work with are Deutsche Post and UPSP.

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, phone number, and email address will be shared with our provider. This is in order to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters and SMS mailings.
