Returns & exchanges

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with GLAS products, which is why we offer easy and completely free exchanges so that you can be sure you are choosing the right pair. You have the right to cancel your purchase, regardless of the reason, within 30 days.

Exchanges:
All exchanges are completely free and apply if you want to exchange for a different model, color, or strength.

Returns for "2 for 1" campaigns:
No refund will be issued if you want to return part of the offer. All products included in the offer must be returned to receive a refund.

Returns of offers in general:
If you choose to return part of an order in connection with a campaign, such as "2 for 1," the discount no longer applies.

Return:
You must return the product without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days after receiving your order. In connection with the refund of an approved return, we will charge €6 for the return cost.

Please note:

• All products must be returned in their original condition for a full refund, including labels, boxes, etc.

• Products purchased from any of our resellers cannot be returned, exchanged, or claimed with us. Please contact your reseller regarding any issues.

• If you have chosen to pay via Klarna invoice, we always recommend that you contact them to pause your invoice until your return has been approved. You can also choose to pay your invoice, and instead, Klarna will refund you once the return is approved.

A return and refund can take up to 12 business days from the day we receive your return.
